Playing WIth Watercolour!

I have been trying to get started on some Christmas cards to show everyone and to get our ideas flowing!! What is everyone interested in with regards to Christmas? DO you want to participate in a Stamp-A-Stack where you come and make a bunch of cards for one set fee or would you rather a few classes showcasing different techniques? Let me know your thoughts so that I can prepare my Fall-Winter Class Schedule. I am heading back to work on Tuesday so I need to be a little more ahead of the game an organized as Christmas is a crazy time for me so don't surprised to hear a bout Christmas classes etc starting soon. I know it made me sick too! Christmas Gross but theres only 129 sleeps til Jolly Old St. Nic climbs down the chimney! And it will fly by.

Here's an example of a Christmas card I was playing with. If I could do it over I would probably add some more trees to the background or the dog from the matching wheel chasing the truck or something. But I still Think it turned out cute in the end.

Taggers Dozen Class

Here are a few too cute examples from our taggers dozen class that was held on July 27th. I love making these little 3x3 cards. There is so much you can do and they always look super cute and fun.

The butterfly card was created with rose red & wild wassabi CS and accented with our handy little matte pack and piercing tool. The For You card we used rose red designer paper and wild wassabi and purely pomegranate CS and co-ordinating inks. I should have used a stamp a ma jig to line up the three stamped images but I was living on the wild side and free handing it. This is what happens on the wild side I guess things get a little crooked! :)

The wedding or engagement card was made using the Holiday blitz stamp set and on the inside is the mr&mrs stamp found in the taggers dozen set. I just couldn't resist they were too cute and fit together perfectly. After I got the bright idea to only ink up the circle of the ring and interlock them for a wedding card but a well next time. Or someone give it a try and let me know how it looks! Anyways we used Very Vanilla Cs and Choc Chip Cs and the slit punch to make the scalloped edge.

Happy for you card I used wild wassabi pixie pink and yo yo yellow cs a black brad and a small piece of pink ribbon.

The love card we used blue bayou and close to cocoa & chocolate chip cs white ribbon and slit punch again for the edge. Close to cocoa ink.

The Baby card is soft sky and whisper white cs pretty in pink and soft sky ink and I blinged it up with a rhinestone brad!

Again we used the piercing tool and matte pack to accent.

We finished off the night with a simple note card holder and belly band! they all turned out great. Good job Ladies!
